What is Health and Wellness Coaching?

This is the most common question I get. When you hire me, my goal is to work myself out of a job. Yes! I am here to instill your own health coach inside of you. I listen intently and become a partner with you to help you find wellness that aligns with your goals and values. I realize that you are the expert of your life and honor that with respect and non-judgement. Think of it as having a professional accountability partner who helps you align your habits with your vision of a healthy, fulfilling life.

  • Client led: Our sessions are led by you! The client sets the agenda and goals.
  • Coach-supported: The coach listens, asks powerful questions, offers tools and support—not advice or judgment.
  • Science-based behavioral knowledge: I use my professional training to help you make changes that empower you to make the shifts that you want in your life to make it better. 


Anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and wellness can benefit from Northern Peak services. Whether you are looking to lose weight, manage a chronic health condition, or simply adopt healthier habits, I am here to support you. I am here to help motivate you to make the changes that you want for better health and I will walk you through that process as an accountability partner. We will work together throughout your wellness journey to achieve your short and long term goals and get you feeling optimal!

  • We will meet online via Zoom for our sessions. (Unless a location is agreed upon).
  • Session days and times are set by us together and will be determined by need and schedule alignment. (Summer slide sessions must be completed during the months of June, July, and August only.)
  • I will allow one email check in with you in between sessions if requested.
